The Junior National Hereford Expo is a Best of the Barns event, dedicated beyond the showring, to the success of NJHA members. Including educational contests and programs, leadership and membership development, and Hereford education, this is the event of the summer.
Each spring close to $40,000 in scholarships will be awarded to deserving NJHA members. Scholarship recipients will be recognized at the JNHE. More information about the different scholarships can be found at the HYFA scholarship page and within the application.
The National Junior Hereford Association (NJHA) Board of Directors is comprised of 12 individuals who serve three-year terms and govern the 4,200 member junior organization. Each year, four new members are elected at the Junior National Hereford Expo. This year there are four candidates vying for a spot on the board.
