All registered Hereford sires born after Jan. 1, 2011, must have a DNA profile on file with the AHA. Any bull used in an AI program must be DNA parent verified to both parents to have an AI permit issued. Donor dams must have a DNA profile on file with the AHA to have ET calves reported.
Simply log on to your account, locate the “DNA” tab and click “Make New Request.” Here you can locate any of your active or inactive owned animals and make an AI or ET permit request.

Call the AHA customer service department and ask for an AI or ET permit, or email records@hereford.org with the animal’s registration numbers and which test you prefer.
