State Leadership & Education Grant

HYFA and the NJHA appreciate all of the state associations that help make the NJHA one of the best beef youth organizations in the world. Grant funding is to be used for any leadership or educational goals of the state’s junior members to participate on the national level. Grant applications are available through the Submittable platform and due Jan. 15, 2025.

Acceptable uses for the grant funding include but are not limited to:

• Travel and expenses for the Junior National Hereford Expo 
• Travel funding to the BOLD Leadership Conference 
• Travel and registration funding for the Faces of Leadership Conference
• Travel funding for the NJHA Fed Steer Shootout Field Day 
• Or other Leadership/Educational opportunities benefitting NJHA members as explained in the application.
