If you received a non-compliance letter and forms in the mail, it is due to the lack of completion in your Fall 2015 Whole Herd TPR reporting. The forms you received outline the information needed in order to stay compliant. To help the Whole Herd TPR program achieve its goals of improving the accuracy and meaning of Hereford EPDs, it is important that complete information on each calf-crop is submitted to the American Hereford Association (AHA).
Receiving the information in the mail may mean that:
AHA Board policy requires that all of the Fall 2015 information be completed to maintain your status as a performance breeder after July 15, 2017.
Please take a moment to complete your Fall 2015 Whole Herd TPR paperwork and return the forms to the AHA as soon as possible. An alternative to completing and returning these forms would be to log on to your MyHerd.org account and click on the to-do lists in the upper portion of the screen concerning any of your Fall 2015 information.
If you have any questions regarding the non-compliance information or if you feel you have received this notice in error, please call the AHA customer service department at (816) 842-3757.
