Mark your calendars to attend the 2017 Cattlemen’s Ball of Nebraska June 2-3 in Anselmo, Neb. Certified Hereford Beef (CHB) will be featured at this year’s event.

The Cattlemen’s Ball of Nebraska is a charitable organization that changes locations throughout Nebraska every year to bring awareness to and help find a cure for cancer. The ultimate goal of the Cattlemen’s Ball of Nebraska, Inc. is to promote beef in a healthy diet, to showcase rural Nebraska and to raise money for healthcare research.



CHB will be showcased to promote the brand to participants. Attendees will also have a chance to interact with CHB staff to learn about the program, sample CHB and experience an educational cooking demonstration conducted by Tim Norsten, CHB regional brand manager.



“We are excited for the opportunity to have Certified Hereford Beef be a part of this year’s Cattlemen’s Ball,” Trey Befort, AHA director of commercial programs, said. “We look forward to visiting with attendees about the program and having them try the product.”
