Certified Hereford Beef made a statement at the Performance Food Group (PFG) – Lester spring food show while showcasing Certified Hereford Beef briskets to Nashville-area restaurants.

Certified Hereford Beef regional brand manager Tim Norsten and National Beef representatives Kevin Rauschelbach and Scott Reale attended the show to discuss the benefits of the Certified Hereford Beef brand with prospective customers.

Nashville BBQ restaurant owners were impressed with the quality and flavor of the product and sang high-praises over the Certified Hereford Beef brisket.
