Hereford Publications Inc. (HPI) welcomed Morgan Barba as the print and digital coordinator May 26. The Henderson, Colo., native graduated from Fort Hays State University, and she will complete her master’s degree in agricultural education and communications at Kansas State University (K-State) in August of 2026.
“I’m excited to join the American Hereford Association (AHA) team and contribute to promoting the Hereford breed through both print and digital media,” Barba says. “Building strong relationships with breeders and producing high-quality content that supports their programs is something I’m passionate about, and I look forward to contributing to the continued growth and momentum of the Hereford breed.”
Barba will play a key role in coordinating marketing and publication projects from concept to completion across both print and digital platforms. She will manage HPI’s digital presence and serve as the liaison between creative services clients and HPI staff.
“We are excited to welcome Morgan to the HPI team,” says Kane Aegerter, AHA director of seedstock marketing. “Her education, talent and dedication to the Hereford breed will make her a tremendous asset to our organization. We are confident she will bring expertise, exceptional service and support to our breeders and staff, helping HPI continue to grow and serve our customers at the highest level.”
Barba is a well-rounded agricultural communications professional, with experience in producer engagement, commodity association communications and print and digital media production. She’s completed internships with the Kansas Soybean Association, Adams County Extension, K-State, Kansas State Fair and National Laboratory of the Rockies.
