After 13 years of dedicated service, Katrisha Harrison, a customer service representative for the records department at the American Hereford Association (AHA), is saying goodbye to the AHA family.

Harrison has been instrumental in the performance of the AHA team. In her role as a customer service representative for the AHA, she served as the customer liaison for resolving questions, interpreting discrepancies, conveying accurate information and promoting participation in association programs and services.

She has been a go-to for the records department staff and is described by her coworkers as a person who is always willing and able to help.

“She will jump in and tackle anything that’s asked of her, and if something needs to be done, she’ll do it,” says Stacy Sanders, AHA director of records department. “We will miss her willingness to be a part of the team.”

“We will miss having Katrisha here as both a co-worker and a friend,” says Laura Loschke, AHA education and information services coordinator and assistant records supervisor. “She is someone you can always count on and her light-hearted spirit is contagious.”

Harrison’s last day with the AHA will be Friday, Sept. 28.

“Working with Katrisha has been a pleasure for the past 13 years,” says AHA records supervisor Tena Martin. “She has been an integral part of the AHA family and is very much committed to the AHA membership. Her wealth of knowledge and willingness to assist breeders and her fellow records/customer service team has been invaluable. We cannot thank her enough for her dedication, and she will be dearly missed by the staff and members alike. We wish her well in all of her future endeavors.”

On behalf of the entire AHA staff, we wish Katrisha well in this new chapter of her life.
