Building on Leadership Development

The National Junior Hereford Association’s (NJHA) and Hereford Youth Foundation of America (HYFA) are proud to continue for the third year, the BOLD Leadership Conference. This Elite Leadership Opportunity is an opportunity to expand on skills gained at the Faces of Leadership Conference and encourage the development of personal leadership skills at an individual level.

An Elite Leadership Opportunity

The BOLD Leadership Conference was started by the passion of the NJHA Board of Directors, dedicated to creating an elite leadership opportunity for a select group of junior members.

Each year, approximately 20 NJHA members are invited to the event at Hi Point Ranch once their applications have been reviewed and sifted. Each class is given a unique opportunity, setting them aside from their peers for the future.
