The National Junior Hereford Association’s (NJHA) and Hereford Youth Foundation of America (HYFA) are proud to continue for the second year, the BOLD Leadership Conference. This Elite Leadership Opportunity is an opportunity to expand on skills gained at the Faces of Leadership Conference and encourage the development of personal leadership skills at an individual level. “I love this conference and I am sad I won’t be able to attend again. However, I think every junior member should attend because it is truly life-changing,” said Megan Underwood, Campbellsville, Ky., 2022 BOLD attendee.
The 2023 conference will be hosted in Desdemona, Texas at the GKB Ranch, March 23-26, 2023. NJHA members in good standing between the ages of 18-21 are eligible for the conference.
