1. All JNHE exhibitors please enter through the Main Gate off Phillips Lane and follow these simple steps to ensure that we get off to a good start and ensure an efficient arrival.

2. Veer right and follow the outer road around the Kentucky Expo Center (KEC).

3. If you plan to arrive prior to 6 p.m. on Friday with tack trailers and/or cattle you will need to proceed to the trailer staging Lot, which is Lot J. If you leave your trailer in Lot J, you will need to return by 4:30 p.m. as that is when we will move the staged trailers from Lot J to Lot K, which is where tie outs are located and also where trailer parking is located.

4. At the entrance to lot K, please have your health papers ready. Kentucky state vets will check your papers and cattle on the trailer at this point. If you do not have cattle on your trailer, you still have to go through lot K as that is where you will get your truck hanging tags and trailer stickers, and from there will be sent to the staging lines to the corresponding barn doors for unloading.

5. After clearing the vet checkpoint and unloading cattle into tie outs, you will be directed to the barns for unloading. Please follow the color coded barn maps for which door you will unload at.

6. The following maps show the stalling and arrival for each state. Each color on the map corresponds with an entry door. To make unloading as efficient as possible, please use the colored door that corresponds to the color of your stalling section.

Due to heavy traffic and other events at the KEC, you MUST pull trailers into parking lot J if arriving before 6 p.m. on Friday. From 6 p.m. on we will no longer use Lot J, and will direct all trailer traffic to K. And it is very important that ALL TRAILERS Enter Lot K for health check and tie out access.

SPECIAL NOTE: Anyone arriving between 10 p.m. – 7 a.m., you MUST enter through Gate 3 off Crittenden Drive. The Main Gate will be closed at this time. After entering through Gate 3, you will still have to veer right and go around the KEC and enter the K Lot into tie outs and then into the barns.
