The US Foods® St. Louis and Salem divisions are joining forces with Certified Hereford Beef to offer our premium beef products to restaurants across Missouri and Illinois.

Certified Hereford Beef National Account Manager Brandon Wilson recently performed in-depth brand training to top-level members of the US Foods’ team about the Certified Hereford Beef program.

The US Foods team is excited to bring the Certified Hereford Beef brand on board and already has hit the ground running, visiting with customers about the benefits of the Certified Hereford Beef brand.

“We came away from the training with US Foods St. Louis and Salem with a team of sales and support staff excited for what they can accomplish with Certified Hereford Beef,” Wilson says. “Our brand will be extremely competitive in the marketplace and allow restaurant owners to choose a product that will both perform and support local Hereford farmers and ranchers.”
