KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Lauren Jones, Darlington, Wis., won the grand champion cow-calf pair in the
cow-calf show at the 22nd annual VitaFerm® Junior National Hereford Expo in Kansas City, Mo., on July 7. The show was sponsored by Innisfail Farm, Madison, Ga.Judge Scott Bayer, Ringle, Wis., saw the 26 pairs shown.
The Jones family won grand champion cow-calf pair and champion standard cow-calf pair with
MF 308N Caitlin 13C ET, a March 2015 cow sired by BR Currency 8144 ET with a calf at side, and bred
by Ye Ole McDonald’s Farm, Grand Rapids, Mich.
The reserve grand champion cow-calf pair was exhibited by Harrison Roberts, Williamsburg, Mas. His cow, Bofat Hill Graham Cracker 111E, is a November 2017 daughter of AH JDH Cracker Jack 26U ET with a calf at side, and bred by Harrison Roberts, Williamsburg, Mas.
