A record-setting number of customers interacted with the Certified Hereford Beef®
team at the Sysco Baraboo Food Show in Wisconsin Dells, Wis.

Ty Ragsdale, Certified Hereford Beef regional brand manager, teamed up with
National Beef representative Mark Sartory to showcase and sample ribeyes from the
Certified Hereford Beef Premium line.

“We had an overwhelmingly positive response from restaurateurs on the flavor and
tenderness of our premium ribeyes,” Ragsdale says. “We are setting the stage for
chefs and restaurant owners in the area to know that if they want the best beef in
their restaurants – they must choose Certified Hereford Beef.”
