The Certified Hereford Beef team joined National Beef to exhibit the Certified Hereford Beef® program at the Sherwood Foods Food Show at Citi Field in New York, N.Y.
Certified Hereford Beef Regional Brand Manager Donald Lucero showcased Certified Hereford Beef inside rounds, peeled knuckles, tenderloins and ribeyes to the crowd of perspective customers in the New York City and New Jersey markets.
“We had a lot of interest in our Certified Hereford Beef products at the Sherwood show,” Lucero says. “Folks in the New York area love the story behind Certified Hereford Beef. We sampled Certified Hereford Beef tenderloins and had a great response.”
