• Performance Arena West Breezeway (Check tattoos, stamp registration papers and take scrotal measurements)
• AHA Headquarters in Super Barn (exhibitors pick up back numbers, exhibitors must have papers stamped to pick up back numbers at this time)

5 p.m. – Hereford cattle arrival deadline

Monday, January 3^rd

8 a.m. – Open and Junior Cattle Check-In

• Barn 4 (Check tattoos, stamp registration papers and take scrotal measurements)

9 a.m. – Open and Junior Hereford check-in, exhibitors will pick up back numbers at AHA Headquarters, Super Barn

• Exhibitors must have papers stamped to pick up back numbers at this time

6:30 p.m. – Hereford Herdsman CHB Hamburger Feed and Party, Performance Arena and Barn 6

Wednesday, January 5^th

Thursday, January 6^th

8 a.m. – National Hereford Pen Show (starting with Pen of 3 Females, Pen of 5 Bulls and Pen of 3 Bulls), Performance Arena

6:30 p.m. – Hereford Eve in OKC – Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Northwest, 3233 Northwest Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73112

Friday, January 7^th

8 a.m. – National Bull Show (starting with horned, alternating horned, polled), Jim Norick Arena

4 p.m. – Hereford Night in OKC Sale Cattle Display, Super Barn Sale Arena

6:30 p.m. – National Hereford Night in OKC Sale, Super Barn Sale Arena

Saturday, January 8^th

8 a.m. – National Hereford Female Show (starting with polled, alternating polled, horned), Jim Norick Arena
