For the third consecutive year during the 2020 Red Bluff Bull and Gelding Sale, various Certified Hereford Beef® products were enjoyed at mealtime by both cattle producers and public attendees.
“As the largest sale of its kind on the West Coast, this event has been a great place to showcase the CHB program and product,” says Jim Mickelson, Sonoma Mountain Herefords. “We received numerous compliments from producers of other breeds about the flavor, taste and tenderness of meat. Great promotion for a great product!”
Sponsored by the California Nevada Hereford Association, delicious cuts of beef striploin, tri-tip, top sirloin and chuck ground beef were served at several gatherings during the five-day event including: The Consignor and Buyer Dinner, Western Video Market Sale Lunch, Quarter Horse Sale and Cinch’s Bull Bash.
